Privacy

What we collect

• Check form: name, email, optional company/role, your answers, and resulting band—so we can show results and follow up if relevant.
• Contact form: name, email, optional company/subject, and your message—so we can reply.
• Analytics: privacy-respecting traffic metrics via self-hosted Umami (umami.trileafhosting.com) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured sitewide). Used for pageviews and aggregate usage—not for selling personal data.
• Server logs: standard hosting logs (IP, user agent) as operated by the host.

What we do not want

Do not submit CUI, classified information, passwords, full SSP documents, or detailed vulnerability data through the free tool or public forms.

How we use data

• Deliver your check results and related educational follow-up
• Improve content and tool questions
• Respond to review requests you initiate

Sharing

DefensibleScore is operated in connection with Diversified Tech Solutions. Lead data may be processed with standard email/CRM and hosting processors under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Lead records are kept only as long as needed for follow-up and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymized.
