What each row should answer

  • Which requirement is this for?
  • What kind of artifact is it (policy, config, ticket, log, screenshot)?
  • Where does it live in your protected environment?
  • Who can defend it in a review?
  • When was it collected, and when is it due for review?

Keep detailed findings, scan output, and CUI out of public tools. Index the pointer here; store the artifact where the SSP lives.
